Rep. Rodgers Introduces Transparent Prices Required to Inform Consumer & Employers Act

WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., introduced the "Transparent Prices Required to Inform Consumer and Employers Act" on April 18, 2023. The text of the bill was released on May 11.

This Act may be cited as the "Transparent Prices Required to Inform Consumer and Employers Act" or the "Transparent PRICE Act".
