Rep. Miller-Meeks Introduces Bill on Coverage of T Cell Immune Response Testing

WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (H.R. 5432) to "amend the Families First Coronavirus Response Act to require group health plans and health insurance issuers to cover T cell immune response testing without the imposition of cost sharing."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 1. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce; Ways and Means; Education and Labor Committee.
