WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., has introduced legislation (H.R. 1718) to "repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010."
The bill was introduced on March 24. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Education and the Workforce, Natural Resources, Judiciary, House Administration, Rules and Appropriations committees.
