Rep. Biggs Introduces Bill on Definition of Short-Term Limited Duration Insurance

WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4811) to amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to provide for a definition of short-term limited duration insurance.
The bill was introduced on Oct. 23. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
