Rep. Aguilar Introduces Bill to Increase Principal Obligation Limits for Mortgage Insurance

WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Pete Aguilar, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (H.R. 8974) to "increase the principal obligation limits for mortgage insurance under the National Housing Act for residences in eligible metropolitan cities and urban counties."

The bill was introduced on Dec. 16. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
