Relation Insurance Services Announces Hiring of Paul Saich to Lead National Sales Team as Relation Commits to Continued Growth

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), a privately owned insurance brokerage that offers property and casualty, risk-management, benefits, and TPA-consulting services through its family of brands across the United States, today announced the appointment of Paul Saich to National Sales Leader. Mr Saich’s primary focus will be to develop and implement effective key-growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the entire Relation sales team and to ensure Relation meets its sales objectives nationwide. He will be based out of Relation’s headquarters in Walnut Creek, CA.

Prior to his new role at Relation, Paul has held various positions at large global firms, successfully leading organic growth by empowering sales teams, recruiting strong producers and ensuring smooth transitions through acquisition processes. From July 2007 to April 2013, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thoits Insurance Services Inc., and guided the company’s strategic growth, while maintaining its unique employee-owned culture, with personal oversight of the sales team.
