On November 9, 2021, Christine Detrick informed Reinsurance Group of America,
Incorporated (the "Company") that she will not stand for re-election as a member
of the Company's board of directors (the "Board") at the annual meeting of
shareholders to be held May 25, 2022. Ms. Detrick currently serves as a director
of three public companies and one 1940 Act mutual fund company. She has accepted
an invitation to join an additional public company board and desires to reduce
her board commitments. As such, Ms. Detrick's decision not to stand for
re-election is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company,
the Company's management or the Board on any matter relating to the Company's
operations, policies or practices.
