PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, Arkansas, has a need for the provision of Community Nursing Home Services within the counties of Cleveland, Chicot, and Saline of the CAVHS patient care catchment area. The contracted home(s) shall provide services to ensure the total medical, nursing, and psychosocial needs of VA beneficiaries. Offeror(s) shall have current Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare/Medicaid certification, be currently licensed by the state of Arkansas, and hold current/active professional liability/medical liability insurance coverage. A Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity contract using current state Medicaid rates as a basis for determination of VA rates is proposed. Acquisition is being procured Unrestricted, applicable NAICS code 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities), size standard $27.5M.

Solicitation to be available on or about February 22, 2017. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within ten (10) calendar days after issuance to [email protected], using VA256-17-R-0324 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment. No electronic proposals will be accepted.
