Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) shall be furnished to beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the
Inspection and inspection team for
Adult Day Health Care Centers shall remain registered in the SAM database after the initial registration for 5 years. The Contractor is required to review and update on an annual basis from the date of initial registration or subsequent updates its information in the SAM database to ensure it is current, accurate and complete, must also provide copies of current Certificate of Insurance as required by VAAR 852.237-7; and copy of most current Medicaid Rate Letter if available.
