The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, McCreary, Kentucky, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREAD ITEMS. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311812. Delivery dates will begin in JANUARY 2014 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, 330 Federal Way, Pine Knot, KY 42635. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about DECEMBER 4, 2013, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
