Arrests made by Marshall police

Weston Colt Johnston, 40, of Karnack was arrested and charged with no liability insurance an driving while license invalid on Wednesday.

Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr., 32, of Marshall was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and three counts of abandon endanger child on Wednesday.

Jeremy Scott Miller, 46, of Marshall was arrested and charged with duty on striking fixture/highway/landscape and driving while intoxicated third offense or more on Thursday.

Brianna Christa Watts, 31, of Plano was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram and three MPD traffic warrants on Wednesday.
