The Hurricane Preparedness Guide, distributed during the company's Hurricane Preparedness Week and throughout hurricane season, equips Floridians with expert advice on storm preparation. The guide is a ready resource of emergency contacts; information about hurricane warnings, watches and evacuation; and safety tips for children, seniors and pets. It provides consumers with everything from hurricane "dos and don'ts" and a pre-storm checklist to a safety inventory worksheet to guide activity in the wake of a storm.
