Paul Hastings Advised Pemberton on New ELTIF 2.0 Private Credit Fund

LOS ANGELES, California, March 29 -- Paul Hastings, a law firm, issued the following news on March 28, 2024:
Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Pemberton Asset Management ("Pemberton"), one of Europe's leading private credit managers, in relation to the launch of the Zurich Private Debt ELTIF, Zurich Insurance Group's first European Long-Term Investment Fund 2.0 ("ELTIF 2.0"), the portfolio of which will be managed by Pemberton.
The new ELTIF 2.0 will provide individual investors and life insurance customers access to the private credit asset class, traditionally only available to institutional investors. Providing access to a well-diversified portfolio of direct loans to leading European mid-market companies, the fund is intended to be the first in a series of private market solutions through which Zurich customers can access the performance and diversification benefits of the private debt markets.
Partner Christian Parker led the Paul Hastings team which also included partners Jiten Tank and Nina Moffatt; and associates William Knox, and James Wilkins.
