(NYSE:OHI) today announced that its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Company’s corporate office located at 303 International Circle, Suite 200, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2019 will be entitled to receive notice of and to participate at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
