Olga focuses her practice in areas of international tax and compliance, immigration planning, real estate structuring, and estate planning. She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Vodolazschi spent her formative professional years at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, after which she moved to a mid-size advisory and accounting firm to focus on the private client side, where she guided high net-worth individuals, entities and families of diverse backgrounds from all over the world.

She has significant experience advising international clients on U.S. real estate structures, federal income and estate tax implications, and establishing a U.S. business presence. She is also well versed on international tax matters such as inbound U.S. investment, real estate structuring, FIRPTA compliance, estate planning, and FATCA & CRS compliance.

Ms. Vodolazschi is fluent in Spanish, Russian, French and Romanian, and can easily bridge the cultural gap with any client. She is a member of the Florida and New York Bar Associations.
