Norridge police reports: man charged with driving without a license and insurance

Dec. 17--The following items were taken from area police department reports and releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

Michael Aviles, 24, of the 1000 block of Keystone Avenue, Chicago, was charged Dec. 7 with driving without a valid license and driving without insurance after a traffic accident in the 4100 block of North Harlem Avenue, police said.
