NJ’s largest hospital system could drop major health insurer
Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest hospital system, says it is dropping Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, the state’s largest health insurer. Millions of New Jersey residents would have to seek new “in-network” care or be faced with paying exorbitant “out-of-network” coverage for the treatments, doctors and practices they once used, if that happens.
