Niagara Falls driver charged with DWI after rollover crash

Feb. 25-- Feb. 25--A 10th Street woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a one-vehicle rollover crash Sunday night, according to a Niagara Falls police report.
The crash was reported just before 10:30 p.m. on Lockport Street near 11th Street, according to the report.
The driver, identified by police as Latrina M. Davis, was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where she was evaluated. After being discharged, she was placed under arrest.
Davis, 37, later registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.25 percent, according to the report, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
In addition to aggravated DWI, she also was charged with DWI, driving while ability impaired and driving without insurance.
