DWI: Marcelo Torres, 30, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 12:25 am on Jan. 26 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Fraud: Tiffany Hunter, 27, of Moreau, was arrested at 3:50 pm on Jan. 26 in Wilton for fifth-degree insurance fraud.

DWI: George Shaughnessy, 48, of Wilton, was arrested at 7:30 am on Jan. 26 in Wilton for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

DWI: Gina Dean, 35, of Stillwater, was arrested at 9:29 pm on Jan. 26 in Moreau for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWAI: Jamie Elder, 44, of Corinth, was arrested at 3:15 am on Jan. 26 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

DWI: Kathianne King, 64, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 10 pm on Jan. 26 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Larceny: Nicole Kope, 42, of Petersburg, was arrested at 10:05 am on Jan. 27 in Malta for third-degree grand larceny.

Leandra's Law: Jeremy Chapin, 43, of East Calais, VT, was arrested at 10:53 pm on Jan. 28 in Moreau for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, endangering the welfare of a child, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Christopher Gibbons, 29, of Bennington, VT, was arrested at 10:41 pm on Jan. 28 in Halfmoon for petit larceny.

DWI: Sheila Pizzitola, 55, of Selkirk, was arrested at 10:52 pm on Jan. 28 in Halfmoon for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Larceny: Damon Garrison, 28, of Shelburne, VT, was arrested at 11:30 pm on Jan. 28 in Halfmoon for petit larceny, sixth-degree conspiracy, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Melissa Slingerland, 35, of Essex Junction, VT, was arrested at 11:30 pm on Jan. 28 in Halfmoon for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny, and sixth-degree conspiracy.

DWI: Brian Borgstede, 63, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 11:52 am on Jan. 29 in South Glens Falls for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Criminal Possession: Nicholas Vannorden, 34, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 3:25 pm on Jan. 29 in Wilton for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.

Bail Jumping: Mark Woodard, 41, of Moreau, was arrested at 10:10 pm on Jan. Jan. 29 in Wilton for third-degree bail jumping.

Larceny: Thomas Berry, 52, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 9:30 pm on Jan. 30 in Colonie for fourth-degree grand larceny of property valued in excess of $1,000 and petit larceny.

Criminal Mischief: Joseph Morgan, 30, of Gansevoort, was arrested at 5:10 pm on Jan. 30 in Wilton for third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Larceny: Steven Gowie, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 12:30 pm on Jan. 30 in Halfmoon for petit larceny.

Larceny: Makayla Johnson, 20, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 2:40 pm on Jan. 30 in Halfmoon for petit larceny.

DWI: Christopher Haskell, 39, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 9:49 pm on Jan. 31 in Malta for driving while intoxicated with 2 prior convictions within 10 years.

Criminal Possession: Joel Burgess, 43, of Greenfield, was arrested at 3 am on Feb. 1 in Milton for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.

DWI: Thomas Resue, 64, of Ballston Lake, was arrested at 7:14 pm on Jan. 31 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years, aggravated driving while intoxicated with 1 prior conviction, and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
