Minnesotans can get help with their MNsure application and enrollment from an expert at no cost. MNsure-certified brokers are health plan experts who can answer questions, give advice and help choose the right plan. Navigators work at local, trusted community organizations and specialize in helping Minnesotans with lower incomes enroll in free or low-cost insurance through Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
