MFX plans to expand its low cost center in Roanoke, Virginia that aims at balancing the Global Delivery model.

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- MFX Services, a global specialist vertical system integrator and digital transformation leader for Insurance P&C industry, announced its plan to open a new Business Operations Services Center in MFX's Roanoke, Virginia delivery location. The center currently provides infrastructure and application services to MFX clients globally.

MFX has seen a growth in demand for business process outsourcing services in the core insurance operations area and has leveraged its global delivery locations to service those. This new center will add to the overall delivery capabilities in this space by providing an onshore option to service specific needs of the current and future client base. "We are seeing an increased interest from our current client and prospect base to evaluate the low cost US locations as potential option to move work from high cost US centers and offshore locations for operational efficiencies and balancing the geopolitical risks" said Sanjay Bhardwaj, EVP MFX Services.
