MFX has seen a growth in demand for business process outsourcing services in the core insurance operations area and has leveraged its global delivery locations to service those. This new center will add to the overall delivery capabilities in this space by providing an onshore option to service specific needs of the current and future client base. "We are seeing an increased interest from our current client and prospect base to evaluate the low cost US locations as potential option to move work from high cost US centers and offshore locations for operational efficiencies and balancing the geopolitical risks" said
