Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) 2016 Announces ODH Senior Vice President Dr. John P. Docherty as Keynote Speaker

The Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) 2016 announced today that Dr. John P. Docherty, senior vice president and medical director of ODH, Inc., a leading developer of behavioral health technology solutions, has been selected to deliver this year's keynote address. Hosted by the State of Missouri and held at the America's Center in St. Louis, the national conference is expected to draw more than 1,400 attendees and brings together thought leaders from the public and private sectors to share innovative ideas and information related to Medicaid systems and initiatives.

Dr. Docherty will kick-off the conference on Monday, August 15 by addressing how population health management provides a useful, conceptual approach for identifying, and managing the high leverage drivers of the behavioral health of a broad population, its subgroups and its individuals. During his keynote presentation, titled "Advancing Behavioral Population Health Management," Dr. Docherty will discuss a forward-thinking approach and an innovative technology for applying the principles of population health management for advancing the behavioral health of that population.
