Marsh McLennan Agency Acquires Arthur Hall Insurance

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the acquisition of Arthur Hall Insurance, a West Chester, Pennsylvania-based full-service insurance agency. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1966, Arthur Hall provides commercial and personal lines expertise to clients across the country, with specialties in the life sciences, information management, non-profit, craft beverage manufacturing, and municipal industries. All Arthur Hall employees, including President Jim Denham, will join MMA and continue to operate out of their two office locations in West Chester and Wilmington, Delaware.
