(b) On November 1, 2022 , Scott Lewis , Senior Vice President and Controller of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intent to retire, effective February 28, 2023 .Effective February 28, 2023 , Mr. Lewis will cease to serve as the Company's principal accounting officer.
