Liberty Mutual Earns Top Spot for Commercial Lines Insurers in First J.D. Power U.S. Independent Insurance Agent Satisfaction Study

Liberty Mutual has the most satisfied commercial insurance agents, according to the inaugural J.D. Power 2018 Independent Insurance Agent Satisfaction Study.
"Agents clearly appreciate our ability to help them meet the insurance needs of small businesses, no matter how simple or complex the risk," notes Steve McAnena, president, Business Insurance, the Liberty Mutual operation that provides commercial insurance coverages to small businesses through independent agents. The J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Independent Insurance Agent Satisfaction Study, developed with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, reported independent P&C agents' business outlook, strategies and overall satisfaction with commercial lines insurers in the United States. The study surveyed 1,380 P&C independent insurance agents for a total of 1,217 evaluations of commercial lines insurers with whom they had placed policies with in the prior 12 months.
