White joins JHRPS from Transamerica, where she worked for the past 18 years and held multiple roles in relationship management, most recently as regional director of the Northeast Team. As regional director, she led a team of client executives, focused on advisors, clients and TPAs in the defined contribution space. In addition to driving positive asset retention and client satisfaction results, White was focused on developing her team and their individual successes.
White earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from
Burrows joined John Hancock Retirement Plan Services in 2014 as a vice president in Strategic Relationship Management. In this role he established himself as a top performer and built a winning process in the Central Division, including mentoring team members who went on to excel, sharing best practices and helping achieve strong business results.
