Arvind Mishra joins JOANY as Chief Product Officer. Most recently, he led the product team atDollar Shave Club as Vice President of Product Management, where he was instrumental in launching the company's e-commerce efforts, its branded men's content site and its 2017 Webby-winning iOS and Android apps.Adam Sant , anotherDollar Shave Club alum, joins JOANY as Senior Director of Experience Design, where he'll lead JOANY's UX and visual design efforts. AtDollar Shave Club , Sant built the company'sUX and User Research department from scratch.Anthony Zhang was recently appointed Director of Digital Growth at JOANY. Making a name for himself at an early age, Zhang launched a successful college food delivery startup, EnvoyNow, while he was still in school atUSC and went on to sell his startup to food delivery company JoyRun.Matt Guimbarda was named Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Guimbarda was CFO atScopely , where he helped secure over$150 million in equity capital and arranged debt facilities in excess of$75 million for the company. Prior toScopely , Matt lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team atRealD , while at the same time co-heading the company's Corporate Development effort.
