Iron Title Expands in Oklahoma, Bolsters Executive Leadership Team

Iron Title Insurance Agency, which launched in February 2023, has expanded its leadership team as well as its operations in the South Central U.S., appointing a new Vice President of Oklahoma Operations and a new finance leader for the company.

Melissa Bell, a twenty-year veteran of the title and real estate industries, including Stewart Title and First American Title, will lead Iron Title’s expansion into Oklahoma. Peter Zahariev, who has served in leadership roles at Stewart and Title Forward, joins as Director of Finance.

Iron Title has also added to its physical footprint, opening locations in Palm Harbor, Florida; Yukon, Oklahoma; and Edmond, Oklahoma, with more offices planned to open later this year, including in Peoria, Arizona, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
