Claims Operations
- Handles all daily claims and catastrophe claims for the four insurance companies owned or controlled by HCI.
- Team of over 150 individuals.
Reinsurance
- Class 3 captive
Bermuda reinsurer. - Opportunistically participates on reinsurance towers for the four insurance companies owned or controlled by HCI.
Real Estate
- Owns and operates HCI's real estate portfolio.
- Portfolio consists of multiple properties that HCI operates for investment purposes as well as for internal operations.
