International Insurance celebrates a year of achievements by awarding its Top Insurance Producers for 2023

In an event held at the Biomuseo, Internacional de Seguros, deserving for 12 consecutive years of the risk rating of A (Excellent) with stable perspective, by the prestigious international rating company specialized in insurance, A.M Best Company, celebrated the solid results and financial strength obtained during 2023, rewarding its greatest productive force, and also presenting innovations and developments for this 2024, as part of its commitment to continue providing support, protection and security to its customers and brokers, leaving footprints in Panama.

Mauricio de la Guardia, Executive President of Internacional de Seguros shared the excellent results of the company, which as of December 2023, closed with $297,130,346.09 in premiums underwritten. By the end of the fiscal year, the company had total assets of $752,568,472, equity of $325,001,989 and profits of $51,275,725.

Mr. de la Guardia also highlighted, as an innovation for this 2024, the incorporation of a bail bonds development, allowing brokers to manage digitally, quickly and easily all their bail bond requests from the web portal of Internacional de Seguros. This system simplifies the process of receiving applications, facilitates the uploading of required data and documents, speeds up the evaluation and allows real-time monitoring of the same, seeking to increase the efficiency and satisfaction of brokers and policyholders, using technology as their ally.

In closing his speech de la Guardia also announced the upcoming opening of a new and modern branch of Internacional de Seguros in the province of Colon, located in Colon 2000 Duty Free Mall.

At the awards event, awards were given to the largest insurance producers in the categories of Miscellaneous Risks: Seguros Malek; General Lines: Marsh Panama and the most important distinction of the night: Broker of the Year and Largest Life Producer 2023, was awarded to PROBROKERS, S.A.
