Insurance Industry Veteran Vicki Evans Joins GFD

ATLANTA, Dec. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Financial Distributors (GFD) announced today the addition of insurance industry executive Vicki Evans as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Relationship Management. Formerly President of NFP Life Brokerage at National Financial Partners, Ms. Evans brings over 20 years of insurance expertise to her role with GFD. Ms. Evans will be responsible for growing insurance industry relationships and facilitating new product development for GFD.

Ms. Evans' professional experience encompasses a broad range of positions with several high profile insurance carriers and marketing organizations. In addition to her role as President, NFP Life Brokerage, Ms. Evans held numerous other senior leadership roles within that organization including: SVP, Insurance Services, SVP Strategic Underwriting and Advanced Case Design, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Business Development.

In addition to her tenure with NFP, Ms. Evans has also held strategic marketing an sales positions with AIG as VP, National Accounts where she was responsible for life and annuity distribution within the brokerage division and Southwestern Life, where she developed new products and spearheaded creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
