Hub International Acquires the Assets of Alaska-Based Patterson Insurance Brokers

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Patterson Insurance Brokers (Patterson). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Patterson specializes in providing commercial lines and employee benefit insurance solutions. Kent Patterson, Patterson’s President, will join Hub Northwest as Vice President Alaska.

Anchorage-based Patterson will serve as a central point for HUB Northwest’s Alaskan operations. Hub currently has four locations in Alaska including offices in Palmer, Anchorage, Kenai and Soldotna.
