Heffernan Network Insurance Brokers Acquires SGB Insurance Services: Heffernan Network Insurance Brokers

2022 DEC 30 (NewsRx) -- By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mergers & Acquisitions Daily News -- Heffernan Network Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of Heffernan Insurance Brokers providing market access and support services to local insurance agencies, has acquired SGB Insurance Services located in Wildomar, CA. Founder and president Scott Becker joined Heffernan Network, along with five of his team members, effective November 1, 2022.

With over 40 years in the industry, Becker started SGB Insurance Services in 1989. SGB specializes in providing personal lines and commercial lines of coverage, the latter for a wide range of industries. The company will operate autonomously as a subsidiary agency of Heffernan Network, leveraging their market access, resources, and support to grow.
