--The district converted 57 vacation days to sick days. All told, the 182 sick/personal days add up to
--Jones releases and forever discharges the district, past and present board members and all others involved "from all causes of action, suits, debts, claims and demands," and the district does the same for Jones.
--There is no admission of liability on either side.
--Jones was given 21 days to consider the agreement before he signed it
--Both sides agree to a non-disparagement clause saying they will not directly or indirectly, in any capacity or manner" comment in a way "that might reasonably be construed to be derogatory or critical of, or negative toward one another."
Jones' original contract would have expired Oct.31, 2020.
