With Grange for 12 years, Lebens has served in several leadership roles within the organization. As president of Personal Lines for the past three years, she was responsible for all product development, strategy, underwriting management and operations for Grange and Integrity Insurance’s personal lines business. Prior to that role, she was part of the enterprise’s finance team, where she led financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital management, corporate development, risk management, strategy, and data and analytics.
