GOP Congressmen Voted to Sabotage PA’s Health Insurance Market

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 5 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following news:
When Pennsylvania congressmen like Mike Kelly and Lou Barletta voted to jeopardize health care for 23 million Americans, they did so with the excuse that it would guarantee that premiums would decrease.
But last week we learned that Pennsylvania's health insurance markets are stabilizing and premiums are decreasing under Obamacare, and that they will continue to do so -- unless Trump's plan passes.
"Republicans are playing politics with health care for our parents, children, and families. Their reckless vote to undermine the Affordable Care Act only seeks to sabotage health insurance markets and put health care in danger for millions of Americans," said Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Brandon Cwalina. "The congressmen who voted for this bill have made it very clear that they do not care about the best interests of Pennsylvanians, but the best interests of Donald Trump and the Republican Party."
