The Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this SS will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. Responses to the SS will not be returned. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All firms responding to this SS are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only. This is strictly market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code contemplated for this acquisition are:

532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 532490 - Size Standards in millions of dollars $32.5. The PSC contemplated is W099 - LEASE OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT- MISCELLANEOUS.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES DESCRIPTION:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is looking for vendors that are capable of delivering

1. 100kW, range band 61-100kW, Quantity 22 2. 200kW, range band 101-200kW, Quantity 9

With internal fuel tanks allowing for 24 hour runtime where possible. These may be available on small units, external tanks on larger units.

Delivery Location are staging sites to be determined in Oklahoma and/or Arkansas. No installation is needed. State agencies will install.

Period of Performance can be a day up to 30 days.

NOTE: This Sources Sought is not limited to Oklahoma or Arkansas businesses. FEMA is looking for businesses that are capable of proving these rentals to the location. Responses from the touching states is highly encouraged.

RESPONSES REQUESTED: The Government is interested in receiving meaningful feedback on the aforementioned Requirements Description. Interested sources that possess the technical capability and resources to fulfill the Government's requirements stated herein are invited to provide a responses that includes the following information:

a) Company name, address, and 24 hour point of contacts (at least two), email addresses, business/work and mobile phone numbers, the company's web page, if applicable, and DUNs.

b) identification of business size (small/large business status) as it relates to NAICS codes, service disabled veteran business, HUB Zone, 8(a) certified business, Woman Owned SB, etc;

c) CAPABILITY STATEMENT: Contractors responding to this notice should confirm, at a minimum, that they possess knowledge and experience to perform work.

d) Geographical locations they are willing to deliver too or how many miles from their business location.

e) Quantity of generators in stock; sizes, fuel type (gas or diesel); FEMA understands that the generators may not be available if needed.

f) Is business capable of taking purchase order

g) Does the business take a notice to proceed

h) Delivery time if purchase order or notice to proceed is given
