Geico's office in Macon wants to hire 500 people in 2020. Here's how to apply.

Feb. 10--Geico's regional office in Macon is looking to hire 500 employees in 2020.
The part-time and full-time positions are in claims, salvage, emergency roadside service, customer service and sales, according to a news release. The jobs are posted on Geico's Macon job site.
Geico, one of the largest private employers in Middle Georgia, will provide training to new associates, and no prior insurance experience is necessary.
People looking to train for leadership positions, such as recent college graduates, are encouraged to apply for the Emerging Leaders Program or Management Development Program, according to the release.
Geico associates receive a health benefits package, retirement options and other benefits including educational opportunities. Nearly 40% of Geico associates in Macon received promotions last year, according to the release.
Geico was founded in 1936 and is the second largest auto insurer in the United States. The Macon office is Geico's largest regional operation.
