GEICO’s Katy office named a top workplace by the Houston Chronicle

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Just 18 months after opening, GEICO’s office in Katy, Texas, has been awarded a 2015 Top Workplaces honor by the Houston Chronicle. GEICO opened its Katy office in 2014 with a workforce of 360 people to support claims operations around the country. It now employs some 600 associates and plans to double its staff in the next few years.

The Houston Chronicle names Top Workplaces based on employee feedback surveys that measure several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
