GEICO Hosts Ceremony to Celebrate Expansion of Commercial Insurance Operations; Plans to Add Hundreds of Jobs

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
GEICO hosted a ceremony today to celebrate the expansion of its commercial insurance operations at its Katy office, which will support this growing area of GEICO’s business. With this expansion, GEICO expects to add 250-500 new positions in Katy over the next five years.

GEICO Senior Vice President Melissa Gallaro and GEICO Vice President of Commercial Insurance Operations Jason Andrukonis greeted Katy Economic Development Council acting President and CEO Angie Thomason and local business and community leaders at the event.
