First Indemnity Moves Home Office to Boston, Massachusetts

First Indemnity, a specialty insurance agency dedicated to professional liability products for lawyers and law firms, is moving its home office to the company's 23,222 square foot offices at One Beacon Street in Boston. The company was previously headquartered in Lynn, Massachusetts.

The move to First Indemnity's offices located within Boston's 16th tallest building will consolidate all the company's underwriting, marketing and claims functions. The Boston office is led by John Randolph, First Indemnity's assistant vice president.

"Our move last year to the city's prestigious Beacon Hill neighborhood was the capstone to a year of growth and new opportunity for First Indemnity that required more space to expand our team and our services," Randolph noted. "We are continuing to grow in 2022, and the need to have our leadership team, underwriting, marketing and claim services together became a priority. Moreover, this iconic space will enable us to continue to grow to meet the expanding demand for our services."

First Indemnity signed a 15-year lease for its One Beacon Street offices in 2021. Formerly the headquarters of the Commercial Union Insurance Company, One Beacon Street joins First Indemnity's six other locations in New York, Tampa, Fla., Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
