(NYSE: FNF), a leading provider of title and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries, announced the acquisition of St. Louis Title, Security Title Insurance Agency and Accurate Disbursing of St. Louis, Missouri, and Benchmark Title of Southern Illinois.
