Everest Insurance Division Names Patrick Hagerty Head of US Retail PropertY

WARREN, New Jersey - November 20, 2023 -Everest Insurance®, a division of Everest Group, Ltd. (NYSE: EG), a global underwriting leader providing best-in-class property, casualty, and specialty reinsurance and insurance solutions, has appointed Patrick Hagerty Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Retail Property. Mr. Hagerty is based in New York and reports to Mike Mulray, President, Everest Insurance North America.

Mr. Hagerty will be responsible for all aspects of the Everest's Retail, Middle Market and Builder's Risk businesses. He joined the Company's Corporate Underwriting team in 2021 and was most recently Everest Insurance's Chief Underwriting Officer for U.S. Property. Prior to that, Mr. Hagerty spent nearly two decades with AIG, where he served as Deputy CUO for Retail Property and was a member of the Retail Property Leadership Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Villanova University.
