As the use of big data in risk assessment increases, it is more imperative than ever to identify the ethical issues in insurance pricing and underwriting. Using various scenarios, this session will help you understand the different approaches to determining how and when to use big data ethically.

Jim's presentations topics include how to attract and retain college graduates for insurance careers, the ethical implications of big data and automation technologies in insurance, the use of co-curricular experiences to develop talent, and the economic impact of insurance on society, and managing a remote workforce.
