Eswatini National Day Statement

WASHINGTON, 06 September 2019 /PRNewswire Policy/ -- On behalf of the Government of the United States, I offer congratulations on the 51st anniversary of Eswatini's independence.

The United States and Eswatini remain close partners. I applaud the Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini's commitment to public health. Through our cooperation to control HIV/AIDS, we are working together to achieve the goal of an AIDS-free generation. Eswatini's initiatives to create a more business-friendly environment to attract increased foreign investment create welcome opportunities to increase trade between our two nations.
