While attending the IAOA conference, ESC will hear from the industry's top agency owners on how to build a stronger, larger and faster agency. Presentations will include topics such as how to build a culture of accountability within an agency, how to set your agency up for high sales and low service, how to make your agency worth more, how automation can change a brokerage, how to partner with financial advisors and financial planning firms, and much more.
When ESC attends the SILA conference they will participate in specialized events designed to educate members of industry issues, current events, and best practice approaches. While enjoying the three-day national education conference, members will network and engage with peers who also face similar challenges.

Since the pandemic our industry scaled back somewhat on trade shows, we are excited to get back to business for networking and educational reasons. The IAOA conference is typically well attended. IAOA conference attendees will hear from eighteen unique session speakers and have access to dozens of industry vendors as well. The SILA conference will feature more than 25 different industry sessions and technical presentations which will provide information on how to reduce costs, improve processing times, increase service time and manage regulatory compliance issues that will provide immediate benefits. There will also be business coaching sessions to help leaders better engage and motivate staff.
