Educational Services & Consulting Participates in Two Upcoming Industry Conferences

PR Web

CLEMONT, Fla. (PRWEB) September 27, 2022

Educational Services & Consulting (ESC) announces their upcoming conference schedule for the month of October. ESC will be participating in the Insurance Agency Owners Alliance (IAOA) (http://www.iaoa.com) conference October 5th – 9th at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. Following this conference, ESC will travel to Downtown Seattle, WA where they will participate in the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) (http://www.sila.org) conference happening at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, October 23rd – 26th, 2022.

While attending the IAOA conference, ESC will hear from the industry's top agency owners on how to build a stronger, larger and faster agency. Presentations will include topics such as how to build a culture of accountability within an agency, how to set your agency up for high sales and low service, how to make your agency worth more, how automation can change a brokerage, how to partner with financial advisors and financial planning firms, and much more.

When ESC attends the SILA conference they will participate in specialized events designed to educate members of industry issues, current events, and best practice approaches. While enjoying the three-day national education conference, members will network and engage with peers who also face similar challenges.

"We are ready to attend these two upcoming conferences. Since the pandemic our industry scaled back somewhat on trade shows, we are excited to get back to business for networking and educational reasons. The IAOA conference is typically well attended. We look forward to hearing from industry experts so we can better position our courses. The SILA Conference is invaluable for those who work in the insurance licensing and securities registration profession," Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer, Natalie Zimmerman said. "The ability to learn from and network with licensing and securities colleagues, industry regulators, relevant vendors, compliance officers, and others who work in this complex profession provides instant benefits for ESC and our students."

IAOA conference attendees will hear from eighteen unique session speakers and have access to dozens of industry vendors as well. The SILA conference will feature more than 25 different industry sessions and technical presentations which will provide information on how to reduce costs, improve processing times, increase service time and manage regulatory compliance issues that will provide immediate benefits. There will also be business coaching sessions to help leaders better engage and motivate staff.

The theme of the SILA three-and-a-half-day conference is Engage>>>Educate>>>Empower conference speakers will share information on new technology and resources to approach challenging situations and gather fresh ideas. Attendees will learn and apply skills to "think differently about issues that may have clogged progress and return to your workplace with exciting strategies and improved solutions."

"We are excited about attending and participating in multiple regulatory and industry sessions designed to inform, instruct and share compliance experiences with colleagues who understand the intricacies of our industry" Zimmerman said.

Educational Services & Consulting has developed an online, easily accessible insurance training program that offers the 6-20 Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) designation and the 4-40 Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation in the state of Florida. About Educational Services & Consulting:

Educational Services & Consulting offers two online designation courses for people looking to further their careers. Their 6-20 Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) designation course is a 40-hour online course with a final exam. Earning this designation allows candidates to bypass the State of Florida exam and directly apply for their All-Lines Adjuster license. Having this license enables people to work on claims associated with homeowner's insurance, car insurance, property insurance, and much more.

In addition to their 6-20 ACA designation course, Educational Services & Consulting also offers their 4-40 Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation course. This course is also a 40-hour online course with a final exam at the end of the course. As with the ACA designation, once students take the RCSR course and pass the final exam they will be exempt from taking the Florida state exam. Students can take either final exam up to five times within the 60-day time allotment without accruing additional charges.

"We want all of our students to succeed, and we are prepared to give them the tools to be successful. Our company is based on the vision of our founder, my Aunt Connie McChesney." Zimmerman adds.

"We strive to provide the best educational experience and services to our clients to help their employees have successful careers," Zimmerman said. "Our online learning environment offers flexibility for the mature person looking to grow their career while maintaining their personal obligations."

Educational Services & Consulting is headquartered in Clermont, Florida at 4327 South Highway 27, Suite 204, Clermont, Florida 34711. To learn more about enrolling in their ACA or RCSR designation courses, visit online at https://escconnected.com/courses/ or call 1-800-309-2549.
