"I have kids. That's a huge part of it. Not just for their future, but for their health," Stein-Seabolt said. "I think we need to look more at renewable energy so not only can we go back to the Paris Accord with climate change, but because the natural disasters happening are going to displace thousands of people."
Stein-Seabolt said millennial voters are crucial to the advancement of the issues most important to her, and it's going to take a focus on values rather than clever political arguments to drive them to the polls. Her party must get better at delivering their message, she said.
