Duane Morris Welcomes Private Client Services Attorneys David S. Kovsky and Erin E. McQuiggan in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Oct. 28 -- Duane Morris, a law firm, issued the following news release:

David S. Kovsky and Erin E. McQuiggan have joined Duane Morris LLP as partner and special counsel, respectively, in the firm's Private Client Services Practice Group in the Philadelphia office. Kovsky and McQuiggan strengthen the firm's private client services capabilities. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Kovsky and McQuiggan were partner and counsel, respectively, at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC.

Kovsky advises clients on the full spectrum of complex estate planning matters, including those relating to closely held businesses, charitable trusts and private foundations. He also advises individual and corporate fiduciaries with respect to estate and trust administration matters. Kovsky's clients include business owners, executives and professionals in a broad array of private and public companies. He has experience representing clients involved in real estate, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, private equity and hedge funds, transportation and energy.

Kovsky is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law (LL.M., 2006), Tulane University (J.D., 2005) and the University of Michigan (B.A., 2002).

McQuiggan counsels private clients, family offices and fiduciaries in sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters. She advises clients on complex planning with a focus on pre-transaction and closely-held business succession planning, other wealth transfer tax planning (including family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, life insurance trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts) as well as estate and trust administration.

McQuiggan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (J.D., 2007) and the Pennsylvania State University (B.A., 2004).
