Targeted News Service (Press Releases)

NEW YORK, June 7 -- Greenberg Traurig, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Diana S.C. Zeydel, shareholder and global chair of the Private Wealth Services Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, won Best in Wealth Management at the Euromoney Legal Media Group's annual 'Americas Women in Business Law Awards' ceremony held June 6, at Essex House in New York. Greenberg Traurig was a finalist for 14 other honors.

Zeydel focuses her practice on sophisticated estate planning for high net-worth individuals and families, including intra-generational wealth transfer strategies and business succession planning. She also assists clients with litigated probate, trust and guardianship matters, and represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service in matters involving complex fiduciary income tax and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax controversies.

According to the Euromoney website, winners are chosen based on their ability to support the development of women in the legal profession and provide a work/life program that empowers women to pursue legal careers. In addition to Zeydel, the following Greenberg Traurig women attorneys were finalists in the categories noted below:

* Best in Litigation: Lori G. Cohen (Americas)

* Best in Media & Entertainment: Barbara Meili (Americas)

* Best in Tax: Mary F. Voce (Americas)
