Crown Wealth Strategies Launches Employee Benefits & Protection Practice in Dowtown El Paso

As part of its continued growth and leadership in providing El Paso businesses and families with full-service financial planning and protection, Crown Wealth Strategies has launched its new Employee Benefits & Protection Practice in downtown El Paso. Crown Wealth Founder and President Lizzie Dipp Metzger CFP® AEP® will lead an initial team of licensed New York Life Insurance agents in the freshly renovated 7,000 square foot office and meeting space, where they will deliver employee benefits and worksite offerings to business leaders and their employees.

Dipp Metzger will leverage her knowledge as a nationally top-ranking agent for New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, in coaching and developing a quality team of New York Life agents. At the same time, they will be trained in the holistic approach to financial planning for which Crown Wealth Strategies is known.

The new Employee Benefits & Protection Practice is designed to help El Paso families evaluate and select benefits such as 401 (k) programs and disability, health and life insurance. This also enables their employers – business owners, physicians and corporate leaders, to match up employee needs with financial planning and protection programs – a key element in attracting and retaining talent in today's competitive workforce.

The launch is the latest expansion of Metzger's vision to meet a full range of clients' financial planning needs. Now with the opening of the Employee Benefits & Protection Practice, it will be serving growing companies and their employees with a dedicated a team of New York Life Insurance specialists.

Crown Wealth Strategies is also on an ambitious growth track to provide more corporations and families in El Paso and nationally with estate and retirement, asset accumulation and risk management planning. This October, it will move into its new 4,000 square foot national headquarters in the Crown Wealth Strategies Building. This diversified financial center totaling 9,300 square feet is a trend setter in El Paso and also will house independent third-party professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, property and casualty insurance companies.

From 1,000 to 11,000 Square Feet in Eight Years

Dipp Metzger has in only eight years transformed Crown Wealth Strategies from its first office of 1,000 square feet, to today's 11,000 square feet for both locations. At the same time, she has catapulted her firm to one of the most distinguished in the industry; and in 2017, she was named Council President by New York Life, The first Hispanic woman to receive this award, Ms. Metzger ranked as the top financial professional among New York Life's more than 12,000 licensed agents, based on production, while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
